Make the Most of Your Membership

Your Agency Annual Membership gives you access to the maximum number of seats included in the package you select for the entire 12-month membership period. This means you don’t have to purchase additional memberships every time your team grows.

Whether you’re onboarding new hires, planning for expansion, or preparing for seasonal staffing changes, your unused seats remain available throughout your membership year. Plus, your membership continues to grow right alongside your team. Members automatically receive access to all newly released professional development courses added during their active membership period.

We typically release 1–2 new courses each month, ensuring your staff have access to fresh, relevant, and engaging training opportunities throughout the year. Have an idea for a training topic? We’d love to hear it! Members are encouraged to submit suggestions for future courses, and our team will consider developing content that addresses the real-world needs of today’s behavioral health professionals.

How It Works

• Select the membership package that best fits your organization’s needs.
• The seat range you purchase represents the maximum number of learners you can enroll at any point during your membership year.
• Create your organization group. After payment, you’ll be prompted to create a unique group name for your organization (for example: Sunshine Behavioral Services, ABC Academy Staff Training, or Hope Therapy Team).
• Access your Group Leader dashboard. The purchaser automatically becomes the Group Leader, allowing them to manage their organization’s training experience.
• Invite your learners. Assign available seats to team members and monitor their progress directly from your dashboard, giving you the flexibility to support both your current team and future growth.
• Start learning. All active members automatically receive access to new courses released during their membership term.

Example

If you purchase the 6–10 Seat Membership and currently have 7 staff members, you’ll still have 3 additional seats available to use at any time during your 12-month membership period.

As your organization grows, simply invite new team members and assign the remaining seats included in your membership—no additional purchase required until your annual renewal date.

Membership Term

All Agency Annual Memberships are valid for 12 months from the date of activation. To help ensure uninterrupted access, we’ll send a courtesy reminder email 60 days before your membership expires, giving you plenty of time to plan for renewal.
