Our founder Nikeda Stanback is a BCBA with over 10 years of experience who has spent the last 6 years building and scaling ABA companies across three states — and most recently expanding into behavioral health case management services. She knows what works in the field because she’s built the teams, written the protocols, credentialed the companies, and sat in the same trainings that made everyone’s eyes glaze over.
