Our Parent Company
OTB Learning Group, LLC
The Infrastructure Behind the Training.
OTB Learning Group, LLC is the parent company powering a portfolio of behavioral health education, direct service, and workforce development brands. We exist because the people doing the hardest work in this field deserve training that actually respects their time, reflects their reality, and moves their careers forward.
We build the systems, the content, and the partnerships that make that possible. Outside the Box Trainings, our consumer-facing digital education platform, serves individual behavioral health professionals internationally. This page is for the organizations and emerging professionals ready to partner directly.
✦ Workforce Development
A Credential That Changes Everything
The behavioral health field is one of the fastest growing industries in the country — and the demand for qualified behavior technicians far exceeds the supply. OTB Learning Group is closing that gap by bringing RBT certification training directly into the schools, colleges, workforce programs, and community organizations where the next generation of behavior professionals already are.
High School → RBT Pipeline
Helping Students Graduate Career-Ready
Most high school students have no idea that a nationally recognized, in-demand career in behavioral health is within reach before they even walk across the stage. We’re changing that.
OTB Learning Group partners with high schools to offer students aged 17 and up the opportunity to complete their BACB-aligned 40-hour RBT training as part of their academic experience. By the time they graduate, they hold a credential that qualifies them for immediate employment in ABA clinics, schools, hospitals, group homes, and community settings.
College & University Partnerships
Bringing RBT Certification to Higher Education
Psychology majors. Education students. Social work programs. Human services degrees. These students are already headed toward careers working with people — they just need the credential to back it up.
OTB Learning Group partners with community colleges and universities to embed our BACB-aligned 40-hour RBT training into existing degree programs — adding measurable career value and immediate workforce readiness.
Foster Care & Aging Out Programs
A Credential. A Career. A Foundation.
Young people aging out of foster care face one of the most difficult transitions in the country — often without the family support, financial safety net, or career roadmap that most young adults take for granted. A paycheck isn’t enough. They need a career path.
OTB Learning Group partners with foster care agencies, transitional living programs, and community nonprofits to provide RBT certification training for youth aged 17 and up. No college degree required. No prior experience required. Just a path into one of the most in-demand fields in healthcare.
Welfare to Work & Government Workforce Programs
Meeting People Where They Are. Moving Them Forward.
For individuals receiving public assistance, navigating unemployment, or rebuilding after hardship — a credential in behavioral health isn’t just a job. It’s stability. It’s a career. It’s a way out.
OTB Learning Group actively partners with government-funded workforce programs to make RBT certification training accessible to the populations they serve. Our training is affordable, fully online, and leads directly to employment in one of the fastest growing and most in-demand fields in the country.
No matter what your center is called in your city or county — if you serve adults seeking career training under WIOA, we want to be on your approved provider list.
RBT certification meets employment training requirements and leads to immediate above-minimum-wage employment.
Our training can be submitted for eligible training provider status in your state.
We are an approved VR vendor and can work directly with VR counselors to fund training for eligible participants.
Program Structure — Two Delivery Models
Who This Is For: Workforce development boards, regional workforce centers, TANF program administrators, VR counselors, reentry organizations, veteran service organizations, and any agency serving adults aged 18 and up ready to build a career in behavioral health.

Community & Organizational Partnerships
Bringing Behavioral Expertise to the
Spaces Where It Matters Most
Not every organization has a behavior analyst on staff — but every organization that works with people can benefit from one. OTB Learning Group partners with schools, daycares, summer camps, senior care facilities, vocational programs, and community organizations to provide behavioral consultation, staff training, and ongoing support.
Daycares & Early Learning Centers
We help childcare providers understand and manage challenging behaviors, build proactive classroom structures, and create environments where all children can thrive. Your staff leaves with practical, evidence-based strategies they can implement immediately.
School Districts & Educators
We partner with schools and districts to train teachers and support staff on integrating behavior analytic principles into their classrooms — from universal strategies to individualized support for students with behavioral needs.
Summer Camps & Youth Programs
YMCAs, Boys & Girls Clubs, and community camps serve a wide range of children — many with behavioral or developmental needs. We provide pre-season staff training, on-call consultation, and strategies to make your programs more inclusive.
Senior Care & Dementia Services
We provide consultation and staff training for assisted living facilities, memory care units, nursing homes, and home health agencies. Our dementia care training helps staff respond with evidence-based strategies that promote dignity and safety.
Group Homes & Residential Care
We train direct care staff, house managers, and CNAs in group homes serving individuals with developmental and intellectual disabilities — focusing on ethical, person-centered behavior management and crisis prevention.
Vocational & Workforce Programs
As an approved vocational rehabilitation vendor, we support programs helping individuals with developmental differences build job skills and transition into the workforce through training, consultation, and direct support.
Community Organizations & Nonprofits
Whether you need a one-time training workshop, ongoing consultation, or a customized partnership — if your organization serves individuals across any stage of life, we can help. We’ll build a plan that fits your team’s needs and budget.
