Thank you for choosing Outside the Box Trainings (OTB Learning Group, LLC). We are committed to providing high-quality, culturally responsive, and engaging professional education. Because our products are digital and delivered instantly upon purchase, we have established the following Refund and Cancellation Policy to ensure clarity and fairness for all our learners.

By purchasing any course, Continuing Education Unit (CEU), Professional Development Unit (PDU), or training package on www.outsidetheboxtrainings.com, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. GENERAL REFUND POLICY FOR DIGITAL PRODUCTS

Courses (All Courses): A refund may be requested only if the learner has not progressed beyond Section One of the course content. Once a learner has accessed or completed any portion beyond Section One, no refunds will be issued.

Mock Exams: A refund may be granted only if the learner has never logged into the exam. Once a learner has logged in and started the mock exam, no refunds will be issued.

Digital Downloads (PDFs, etc.): All sales are final and no refunds will be granted.

2. COHORT LIVE ZOOM SESSIONS

Refunds for Cohort Live Zoom Sessions are only available if requested at least seven (7) days before the first session starts. Once the cohort has begun, no refunds will be issued. Missed sessions are not eligible for partial refunds.

3. COURSE ACCESS AND EXPIRATION

  • Individual Learners: Access durations for courses are specified at the time of purchase. It is the learner’s responsibility to complete the coursework within the allotted timeframe. Failure to complete a course before it expires does not entitle the user to a refund.
  • Extensions: Extensions may be granted at the sole discretion of OTB Learning Group, LLC in cases of documented medical emergencies or technical platform failures.

4. TECHNICAL ISSUES

While we strive for a seamless digital experience, technical glitches can happen. If you experience a technical issue that prevents you from accessing your purchased content:

  1. Contact our support team immediately at the email provided below.
  2. We will work to resolve the issue within a reasonable timeframe.
  3. Refunds will not be issued for technical issues unless OTB Learning Group, LLC determines that the issue is permanent and prevents the delivery of the service entirely.

5. ORGANIZATIONAL AND BULK PURCHASES

Refund policies for ABA organizations, clinics, and school-based providers who purchase bulk licenses or custom compliance training are governed by the specific terms of the Service Agreement or Enterprise Contract executed between OTB Learning Group, LLC and the organization. In the absence of a separate contract, the standard “no-refund once accessed” policy applies.

6. CANCELLATION OF RECURRING SUBSCRIPTIONS

If you are enrolled in a subscription-based training library or membership:

  • Cancellation of subscriptions or recurring services (if applicable) must be done through the user dashboard prior to the next billing cycle.
  • Upon cancellation, you will retain access to the materials until the end of your current billing cycle.
  • We do not provide prorated refunds for mid-month or mid-year cancellations.

7. DISCONTINUATION OF CREDENTIALING STANDARDS

OTB Learning Group, LLC is an approved provider for the BACB®, QABA®, and IBAO®. However, these governing boards may change their standards, requirements, or accepted training models at any time. OTB Learning Group, LLC is not responsible for, and will not issue refunds based on, changes made by external credentialing boards that may affect your personal certification eligibility or the acceptance of CEUs.

8. HOW TO REQUEST A REFUND

To request a refund (applicable only to the 40-hour course under the terms of Section 2), please email our support team with the following information:

  • Full Name
  • Order Number
  • Email address used for purchase
  • Reason for the request

9. GOVERNING LAW

This Refund and Cancellation Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from this policy shall be resolved in the courts of Broward County, Florida.

OTB Learning Group, LLC reserves the right to modify this policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the website.
