What Is an RBT®?
A Registered Behavior Technician® (RBT®) works directly with children and adults with autism and other developmental disabilities — helping them build communication, social, learning, and daily-living skills that increase independence and improve quality of life.
It's hands-on, meaningful work in one of the fastest-growing fields in healthcare. The Blueprint gives you the training and support to step into it with confidence.
